Bill's new album, "TIME", is scheduled for release in 2018. It will be available for MP3 download and as a physical CD. For the first time, Bill performs each of his songs, bringing the unique, personal interpretation as only a singer-songwriter can. The album features several new songs and some fan favorites from the past.
